Evaluation

SMP creates unique training programs for all of its personal training.  In order to effectively develop an athlete’s skills, we evaluate each player’s starting abilities at the initial training session.  Identifying an athlete’s strengths and weaknesses at the beginning of a program enables us to benchmark his or her progress.  Follow up evaluations are conducted periodically to ensure each training program is effectively designed for maximum growth.
