Over the years, SMP has amassed considerable knowledge about the youth sports industry.  This knowledge combined with the company’s already existing expertise in its core sports puts SMP in a unique position to help organizations within the industry become more efficient.  SMP collaborates with other organizations to plan their programming.  This entails meeting with an organization’s directors to set short and long term goals.  By sitting down and mapping out a clear objective up front, an organization can better achieve its desired results.  Throughout the planning process, we take into account the development of an organization’s players, as well as their coaches.  In addition, we work with an organization to improve communication among its players, parents, coaches, teams, and the organization as a whole.  Our advising services include administrative and staffing support during the implementation stage.
